16 - 18 January

International Pavilion

The international pavilion invites foreign participants to promote their authors and books, exhibit national culture, do business, meet who’s who in the Tamil publishing industry and establish promising connections.

All international participants who represent book organisations are eligible to apply for free exhibit space or tables.

Guests of Honour programme

Unlike other programmes of this kind, CIBF’s Guests of Honour programme will give centrestage not to one but two special guests: one representing a visiting country and the other, one of India’s states.

The CIBF warmly welcomes official organisations from all over the world and the states of India to propose guests for this occasion.

A journey through

International guests will also be treated with a day-long excursion to Mamallapuram, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the venue of the recently concluded 44th Chess Olympiad.
